ShopCarWash is part of the Titan Wash Tech family of products. When you create an account on ShopCarWash, you create a Titan Wash Tech account that may be used to access other Titan Wash Tech products and services.

• Shared Authentication: Your login credentials (email, password, and third-party sign-in connections) are managed through our shared Firebase-based authentication system
• Account Profile: Basic profile information (name, email) is shared across Titan Wash Tech products to provide a unified experience
• Separate Data: Your ShopCarWash-specific data (listings, messages, reviews, marketplace activity) is NOT automatically shared with other Titan Wash Tech products
• Opt-In Sharing: If we introduce features that share data across products, we will notify you and obtain your consent where required by law

Each Titan Wash Tech product has its own privacy policy governing product-specific data collection and use. This Privacy Policy covers only data collected through ShopCarWash.

We share information with third-party vendors, service providers, and partners who perform services on our behalf:

• Public Listings: Listing content (descriptions, photos, pricing) and service provider profiles are publicly visible on the platform
• Service Providers: With vendors who provide services on our behalf, as described above
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process
• Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, and safety of Titan Wash Tech, our users, or others
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

• Account Data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 7 years after account closure for legal and tax purposes
• Transaction Data: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting requirements
• Listing Data: Active listings remain on the platform until removed by you or account closure; removed listings are deleted within 90 days
• Analytics Data: Retained for up to 26 months
• Messages: Retained for the lifetime of your account; deleted within 90 days of account closure

When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. Deletion of account data and User Content following account closure will be completed within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.

Our Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service or provide any personal information to us.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from an individual under 18, please contact us at privacy@titanwashtech.com.
